Noble Park Medical Centre

TLC Primary Care is a state-of-the-art mixed billing medical centre conveniently located on Frank Street in the heart of Noble Park. Focused on family medicine and caring for the older residents in our community, our medical centre offers general practitioner consultations, physiotherapy, allied health and nursing services. We are co-located with Noble Manor that offers quality residential aged care, dining and relaxation options plus a range of social activities and outings designed to keep residents actively engaged in the local community. Our medical centre provides care to the residents of Noble Manor, but is also open to the public so you don’t have to be a resident to make an appointment. Our highly experienced team of general practitioners and allied health professionals are ready to welcome new patients to our centre.

Billing

Changes to fees from 1st July 2023
Due to rising costs, we will be introducing an increase to our consultation fees from the 1st of July 2023.
This allows our GPs to continue providing quality and comprehensive care.
Your Medicare rebate is fixed by the Federal Government and has not increased in relation to business costs for many years. If the Government increased your rebate, your out-of-pocket fee would be lower. Please contact our medical centre for individual fee schedule.

Appointments

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Appointments are required to see our medical professionals, same-day and walk-in appointments are usually available for urgent matters.
To make an appointment please call our centres during opening hours or submit an online enquiry via our website.
Our general practitioners are available for 15-minute appointments to cover a single medical issue. Face to face or Telehealth appointments are available upon request. If you wish to discuss several medical conditions, or the matter is urgent, please advise our receptionist when making your booking as you may require a longer appointment.
